These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Chérie Haute Couture website and your purchase of products from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Chérie Haute Couture is operated as a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) business based at Plot No 468, Anjani Industrial Estate 2, Bharthana, Gothan, Surat, Gujarat 394130, India.

2. Orders & acceptance

• An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already paid.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors even after an order is placed; if the correct price is higher we will contact you before proceeding.
• Payments are handled by a secure third-party gateway.

4. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates. In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours via BlueDart / priority air courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping FAQ for details.

5. Exchanges & returns

Size exchanges and returns are governed by the policy set out on our returns FAQ. Made-to-measure or altered pieces, and items returned without original tags and packaging or showing signs of wear, are not eligible.

6. Product descriptions

We take care to describe fabrics, measurements and colours accurately. Handcrafted pieces may show minor natural variation, and screen colour can differ slightly from the physical garment.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, photographs, text, logos and the “Chérie” name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for courier delays outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
