Question 1

What fabric are the 3-piece suit sets made from?

Accepted Answer

Our signature 3-piece sets use 100% pure Roman Silk for the kurti and tailored pants, paired with an Organza Heavy Jacquard digital-print dupatta (around 2.25 metres). Every set has a full micro-cotton inner lining for all-day comfort.

Question 2

Do the co-ord sets and Anarkali gowns come stitched?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All co-ord sets and Anarkali gowns ship ready-to-wear in standard sizes (S–XXL). Minor made-to-measure adjustments can be arranged before dispatch on request.

Question 3

How do I choose the right size?

Accepted Answer

Each product page lists a size chart. If you are between sizes or want a tailored fit, message our concierge on WhatsApp with your measurements and we will recommend the correct size.

Question 4

Are the colours accurate to the photos?

Accepted Answer

We photograph in natural light and colour-correct against the physical garment. Screen calibration can cause slight variation, but our patrons consistently report the colour is true to the listing.

Question 5

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI, RuPay, Visa and Mastercard through a secure PCI-compliant checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Question 6

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and before dispatch, and we will modify or cancel it. Once an order is handed to the courier it can no longer be changed, but you can use our doorstep exchange.

Question 7

Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for boutiques, resellers and wedding trousseau orders. Write to us via the Contact page with quantities and timelines for atelier pricing.

Accepted Answer

In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours via BlueDart / priority air courier. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 business days; other locations in 4–6 business days.

Do you ship across all of India?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship pan-India. Live tracking is shared as soon as your order is handed to the courier — follow it on the Track Order page.

Question 10

Is there a shipping charge?

Accepted Answer

Shipping charges, if any, are shown transparently at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping thresholds are announced on the site.

How is my order packaged?

Accepted Answer

Every acquisition arrives in a rigid keepsake box with protective inner lining, a garment bag and a tamper-evident quality-assurance seal — gift-ready as standard.

Question 12

What is your exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

If the fit isn't right, request a size exchange within the exchange window stated at checkout. We arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and send the correct size once the original is received in unworn, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.

Question 13

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We prioritise size exchanges. Refunds are issued for genuine quality defects or if the correct replacement size is unavailable, processed to the original payment method after inspection.

Question 14

Which items cannot be returned?

Accepted Answer

Made-to-measure / altered pieces, items without original tags and packaging, and items showing signs of wear, washing or damage caused after delivery.

Question 15

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Message our concierge on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. Verified transit damage is replaced at no cost.
